While we just caught the tail end of the planning on this March event. I met yet another amazing woman, Hilda! A beautiful French woman with an amazing designers eye for stunning vision and texture. I'm not surprised that we hit it off right away! Her eccentric style and love of color and textures made it fun to see the collaboration of the many people that she brought together to create such a Lovely event as the Black and White Gala! Her french accent brought me back to my younger days as a young chef in training at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris ..a few years ago...
We really enjoyed adding in a few touches that helped bring the event together, but most of all we enjoyed having the opportunity to be a part of such a noble organization!
